Digital Marketing Coordinator & Customer Service Assistant
We are a rapidly growing digital marketing company selling education in Digital Marketing, Traffic Management, and HIGH-END Global Investment and Wealth Planning Seminars and Education to aspiring and seasoned entrepreneurs leveraging our unique business model and product structure. Fortunately, our business is poised and ready for rapid expansion, globally and we are expanding our support operations accordingly. Under the lead of our Digital Marketing Manager, based in Karachi, we are looking to build a team a Local team supporting consultants globally but under Singapore-based management.

We are a virtual team and operate using the latest of technologies and collaborative tools in the entrepreneurship space. We are looking for hungry candidates with a passion for learning and growing in the online and internet marketing arena to support our Digital Marketing Manager. As significant training and development will be given to the candidate we are searching for individuals with a rare drive to succeed and who are looking for a long term and to grow within this dynamic internet start up.

Requirements:
Resilient and able to be a self-starter, be organized, detail-oriented (we check and double check our work), collaborative and able to meet to deadlines and respond to team requests in a timely manner.
We prefer candidates who have their own computer, headset, and electricity and wifi/internet access (and preferably a space to work with no background noise)
Must be able to join team calls on Skype (timings may vary)
Read and Write and Speak in Proficient, grammatically correct English
Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
Microsoft office and Or Google Suite Proficiency
Analytical, Detail-Oriented Mindset
Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Photoshop and other Video editing tools
Wordpress Knowledge (Preferred but can be taught) - some administration will be required in this role
We are fast-paced and dynamic, the candidate must be able to handle change, ambiguity and pressure.

The candidate will be support the end to end administration of ongoing and regular digital marketing campaigns for global events, and other education programs. Including:
All aspects of Traffic Generation including Facebook, PPC, SEO, Google Analytics
Development of Landing pages, squeeze pages, and lead magnets
Campaign Database and CRM administration
Email Marketing including Configuration of newsletters and blog posts, articles
Social Media Marketing and Monitoring leveraging a suite of tools (that will be taught)
Administration of Virtual Help Desk and Responding to Customer queries in chat, email, messenger and other platforms.
Content editing and Generation. (Written English is a Must)
Portal Posting, Research etc.
List generation and Opt-In Management

Additional tasks or changes to this role shall be at the discretion of the CEO and Management.
